RESOLE LAB SERVICES
Lazo Resole Lab provides climbing shoe repair and resoling services.
Because these services are performed on customer-owned climbing shoes, the condition of the shoes will be assessed before work begins.
Climbing shoes may have existing wear, damage, deformation, weakened materials, damaged stitching, delamination or other conditions that may affect the outcome of a repair.
Where we identify a significant issue that may affect the service, we may contact you before proceeding.
By submitting climbing shoes for repair, you acknowledge that climbing shoes are specialised equipment that may experience significant wear through normal climbing use.
We will perform Resole Lab services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.
If a service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, we will work with you to provide the appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
CLIMBING AND PRODUCT USE
LAZO products are designed for climbing, movement and outdoor activities.
Customers are responsible for using products and equipment appropriately and following all relevant manufacturer instructions and safety requirements.
LAZO clothing and apparel are not personal protective equipment unless expressly stated otherwise.
Climbing, rope access and other adventure activities involve inherent risks. LAZO does not provide climbing instruction or safety certification through the sale of clothing, apparel or other products.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including LAZO logos, branding, photographs, graphics, text, product designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to LAZO unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit LAZO content without our written permission.
